At the onset of a migraine your natural instinct is to curl up in a ball and crawl into a hole. This is not necessarily a bad idea! However, this is often not possible and so in order to soldier on it’s a good idea to try to learn some techniques in relaxation.

If your sinuses are blocked this could be the cause of your migraine so it’s a good idea to inhale hot water with a few drops of eucalyptus oil.
